AMBASSADOR OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION TO NIGERIA H.E. ALEXEY SHEBARSHIN MET HONOURABLE MINISTER OF HEALTH H.E. OSAGIE EHANIRE
On September 4, 2020, the Ambassador of Russia to Nigeria H.E. Alexey Shebarshin met with the Honourable Minister of Health of Nigeria H.E. Osagie Ehanire to introduce recently achieved outcomes of Russian COVID-19 vaccine “Sputnik V” research and development.
The parties discussed prospects for future cooperation considering application of the vaccine in Nigeria, after all tests are complete, certificates are issued and its serial production has begun in Russia.
