If you are offered paid services for assistance with booking an appointment at the Consular Section, allegedly based on agreements or arrangements with the Embassy of Russia in Nigeria, please report the contact details of such individuals to the email address: rusconsulabuja@mid.ru for appropriate action.

Visitors are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and proper manner, treat other visitors and Consular Section staff courteously, adhere to generally accepted norms of behaviour, comply with lawful requests made by consular staff, and avoid obstructing the service of other citizens.
In the event of a serious violation of these rules, the visitor’s appointment may be rescheduled to a later date, or they may be temporarily denied access to the Consular Section. In certain situations, staff of the Russian diplomatic mission reserve the right to call security to restore order on the premises of the Consular Section and in its reception areas.
